Over the last year and a half we have had many parents who have shown interest in training at SSP. Because of the high level of interest we have decided to start a fitness program called SSP FIT. This program enables us to help parents and their friends reach their fitness goals through fun competitive group classes. These classes  will take you to another level in your health and fitness.

The Trainer:  Ian Campbell’s training influences throughout his collegiate and professional football career have given him a diverse and functional approach that he applies to each one of his classes. “No matter what your fitness level is, with maximum effort, good programming and nutrition I can help you achieve whatever you set out to achieve.” Ian Campbell

10 sessions $150.00 = $15.00 a session

20 sessions $300.00 = $15.00 a session

Sessions will expire after 120 days.

Session packages can still be purchased, as a couple, all session attendance and tracking will be done through the sign in sheets.
