Begins Tuesday May 30th & Ends Friday August 11th
The SSP SummerSPEED, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM is a 10 week program designed to prepare you for your fall sport seasons as well as fall & summer showcases/camps by developing your SPEED, STRENGTH, EXPLOSIVENESS and CONDITIONING.

WHEN DOES THE SUMMER PROGRAM START AND END?
Our SUMMER PROGRAM is a 10 week program that will begin TUESDAY May 30th and ends FRIDAY August 11th. (In the summer program you will have 11 weeks to do 10 weeks worth of training classes)
The SSP SUMMER SPEED, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM will takes place at Simoneau Sports Performance 8302 W. 125th St. Overland Park KS 66213. SSP features a 9000 sq/ft outdoor turf training area as well as a 9000 sq/ft state of the art strength and performance gym.
WHAT DO ATHLETES NEED TO BRING? Athletic training shoes, shorts, t-shirt and cleats
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
Our Sports Performance Training Sessions last 1hr and 30 minutes. We believe in quality training of the athletes we work with. Our desire is to make a profound impact on each athlete’s performance. We limit our class size so our coach to athlete ratio allows for quality instruction. At SSP we WON’T just put our athletes through mindless drills to burn time just to give the illusion of work. Quality movement and repetition will make the most profound change for each athlete’s development. ANYONE CAN MAKE AN ATHLETE SWEATY AND TIRED… The trick is to make the ATHLETE BETTER!
